Lingua Robotica exists because many organizations know they need AI but struggle to articulate what they actually need built. My role is usually somewhere between product strategist, linguist, systems designer, educator, and translator between technical and non-technical teams. The projects vary. The pattern does not: find the real problem, make it visible, then build the system around it.
